Bereavement Clearances

At Gibson's Property Services, we specialise in Bereavement Clearances (sometimes called Probate Clearances) and we offer a sympathetic, 'no-rush' service. We are here to help you at an emotional time.
Working at a pace that suits you, we will clear as much or as little as you wish - from a few items to a full house clearance.
We provide the labour, transport and waste transfer/disposal (under licence). We always recommend that any valuable or sentimental items that are not to be removed are marked up 'Do not remove' and these items will be left. Rest assured, that if we find any cash or valuables during the clearance, these items will be returned to you. Remember, our reputation is at stake and we want to be trusted.

When a property owner passes away, there is often a 'time-sensitive' requirement from Solicitors, Estate Trustees and Will Executors to locate important documents including: Wills, Property Deeds, Bank Statements, Share Certificates and any other legal documents. It is quite common for relatives to be unaware of the full contents of a persons estate. Paperwork and postal correspondence can prove very useful in locating ALL elements of a persons estate.
